A Photo ID is required to pick up your bib, bike number and timing chip on race morning. If you are an annual USAT member (one day racers are fine) you will also need to bring your USAT card. There are no exceptions to this rule as it would invalidate our insurance coverage — which you don't want either. If you do forget, please do not ask us to make an exception. You will just need to return home to get the ID, so please don't forget it. If you are an annual USAT member but can't find your card, you can print off a temporary card from the USAT site.

Please note that we can't check in racers for Sunday at Saturday's event as those bibs and documents will not be at the race venue (to avoid mixing them up) until race day. We have lots of volunteers on hand race morning to take care of everyone and the lines move very quickly. You can park your bike in the transition zone, then come down and get your bib, bike number and chip, then get body marked.

One last item, we are going to not have much time to respond to emails as we now transition to setting the course, so for those last second questions, ask a fellow triathlete or ask any of our volunteers race morning.
